About Me

My name is Kasia Okruta. I am a paramedical therapist located in the Green Point, Central Coast NSW, Australia.

I  graduated from the Academy of Advanced Beauty Therapy in Cremorne with diplomas in

  • aromatherapy,
  • body massage,
  • shiatsu massage,
  • lymphatic drainage massage,
  • electrolysis,
  • coagulation,
  • skin physiology and pathology,
  • skin morphology and cosmetology,
  • facial techniques,
  • electric cosmetic apparatus,
  • hygiene and science etiquette.

I also completed the International Therapy Examination…a qualification recognized internationally.

My passion for facial exercises began in 1994 when I started working for the first CACI Clinic established in Australia. This is a clinic in Edgecliff NSW specialising in non-surgical rejuvenation of facial muscles using a micro-current method.

In 1996 I opened the L’harmonie Body & Skin Care Clinic in Neutral Bay specialising in paramedical skin procedures using the Danne Montegue King System (a Paramedical product).

Soon after, I was inspired by the world leaders in facial exercises : Carole Maggio and Eva Frazer, and I began to research and then teach Facial Exercise Techniques.

Today I offer paramedical treatments and Facial Muscle Exercise classes at my clinic located in the Central Coast of NSW.
